Green Energy Solution

September 2025

Large-sized mobile PV storage is an integrated microgrid designed for challenging off-grid environments. It combines photovoltaic (PV) modules, battery storage, inverters, and an Energy Management System (EMS) within containerized storage units, enabling rapid deployment, easy relocation, and scalable capacity. When paired with diesel backup, these hybrid systems maintain operations during prolonged periods of low sunlight, while advanced grid-forming controls ensure stable voltage and frequency for sensitive equipment. Containerized battery systems further enhance practicality, as they are pre-engineered for fast commissioning and equipped with integrated fire suppression and international safety compliance, while offering the proven safety and long lifespan of LFP chemistry.

Markets are expanding swiftly. The mobile energy storage market is expected to grow from USD 7.5 billion in 2024 to over USD 23.6 billion by 2032, achieving a CAGR of 15–18% [1]. Within this, large off-grid PV-storage systems are gaining traction in mining, construction, disaster relief, and defense, which are forecasted to account for over 45% of demand by 2030 [2]. Regionally, the Asia-Pacific leads deployment, followed by North America and Africa [3]. Broader industry data reinforces this growth: global energy storage additions of 926 GW / 2,789 GWh are projected between 2024 and 2033, while the containerized Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) market is forecast to rise from USD 13.9 billion in 2025 to USD 35.8 billion by 2030, underscoring the rising importance of containerized solutions [4, 5].

Ten-League is advancing this transition through its Green Energy Solution (GES) strategy. The company offers Smart Microgrid Solutions (SMS) that integrate wind, solar, diesel, storage, and EMS into a unified system with self-developed equipment. With flexible project models (BO, BT, BOT, EPC), Ten-League provides customers with options to better manage project costs and align investments with their operational needs. These solutions support the electrification of port equipment, logistics operations, and remote worksites, enabling clients to reduce diesel use, lower operating costs, and move toward net-zero targets, while ensuring scalable, relocatable, and sustainable energy infrastructure tailored to customer requirements.
