Singapore, June 2025 — It has been one year since the successful launch of Singapore’s first Battery Charge and Swap Station (BCSS) for electric prime movers (e-PMs), and Ten-League is proud to reflect on our integral role in bringing this pioneering infrastructure to life.

Commissioned under the Land Transport Authority’s regulatory sandbox on 11 June 2024, the BCSS system enables rapid battery swaps in a matter of minutes, eliminating the need for prolonged charging downtime. Located within one of Singapore’s key port terminals, the system is a major step forward in supporting large-scale electrification of logistics operations aligned with the Green Plan 2030.

Our Role in the BCSS Journey

From the start, Ten-League provided system commissioning, technical integration, operator training, and HMI configuration. Our team ensured all operational workflows — including emergency response protocols and manual control logic — were thoroughly tested and deployed to support real-world usage.

Over the past year, Ten-League has remained engaged in the trial phase — delivering technical support, documentation updates, and performance reviews as part of ongoing improvement and monitoring efforts.

Progress So Far

What’s Ahead

As the trial enters its second year, Ten-League will continue to support system refinement, expanded documentation, and new technology trials in collaboration with logistics and energy partners.
